We received several complains from business owners who participated in an Exhibition named ‘Poshh Indian Global Shopping Flea’, saying that the organiser, Miss Anushkaa Sainaani has cheated them after taking full advance payments for the said event. The exhibition was organised on 11th and 12th February 2023.

A written complaint has been filed at Khar Police Station by the participants of the exhibition stating “All payments were done in advance against the stall allocations as per details shared by the organising team. However the organiser displayed unprofessional behavior and did not allocate the said stalls to the participants after they arrived at the venue. A few stall owners were promised ‘Exclusive Deals’ but similar stalls were sold to their competitors too.”

“People who had paid full amounts in advance were not provided with chairs, lights etc. There were hundreds of women at the venue at 10 pm on Saturday, asking for refund after they faced these issues, but lights were suddenly turned off, resulting to a safety issue of the women present at the venue”. These statements have been given to Khar Police Station by the participants of the exhibition, via a written complaint.

“We have been scammed under the name of an exhibition. We have travelled from different parts of the country, and we don’t know what to do with the stock we have transported to Khar Gymkhana for this exhibition”, said an exhibitor, who doesn’t wish to be named.

This article has been covered based on the written complaint filed by the complainants at Khar Police Station, Mumbai Uncensored’s journalists are investigating this issue further.
